OFAC Civil Penalty

OFAC civil penalties are monetary fines for sanctions violations. The statutory maximum is the greater of $330,944 (2024 adjusted) or twice the transaction value per violation. Willful violations can carry criminal penalties of up to $1,000,000 and 20 years imprisonment.
