How to monitor OFAC screening in production

Production monitoring: (1) Coverage — what % of transactions are screened? Target 100%. (2) Match rate — how many screening calls return matches? Spikes may indicate attacks. (3) Response time — is screening staying under 100ms? (4) Error rate — screening failures should be near zero. (5) Alerts — notify on match, on screening failure, on coverage drop.
