I built a one-curl-call sanctions check for AI agents that send money.

The problem: x402, AP2, ACP, and Coinbase AgentKit all let agents pay autonomously — but none screen recipients against the OFAC SDN list. If an agent pays a sanctioned wallet, the operator is liable under strict liability ($377,700/violation).
