agentmail ("the Service") provides OFAC sanctions screening for AI agents via an HTTP API and MCP server. The Service checks whether a wallet address, name, or country appears on publicly available US Treasury sanctions lists.
The Service is a screening tool, not a legal opinion. A "clean" result does not guarantee compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. A "flagged" result requires human review and may need legal counsel. You are responsible for your own compliance program. Consult a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.
Sanctions data is sourced from the US Treasury OFAC SDN list and publicly available crypto wallet databases. We update daily but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. The list changes frequently. A screening result is valid only for the moment it was performed.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to facilitate transactions with sanctioned entities, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the API, (c) resell access without authorization, or (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, agentmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, legal fees, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
Free tier: 5 checks per day, no API key required. Paid tiers and pricing are listed at /pricing. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel at any time.
